About The World Boxing Hall of Fame
Welcome to the grand reopening of the World Boxing Hall of Fame. The original World Boxing Hall of Fame was opened by Everett Sanders in 1980, and the Los Angeles, California based group held their last induction ceremony in 2010.
Today, the legacy continues.
The World Boxing Hall of Fame has been revived under the ownership of boxing historian and writer Larry Carli, and will now be headquartered in Sacramento, California.
The complete list of previous inductees into the World Boxing Hall of Fame between 1980 and 2010 has been added from Archive.org (web.archive.org), reformatted, and appears below.
A new Board of Directors will be appointed and the inaugural induction ceremony, in keeping with tradition, is tentatively scheduled for late 2026 in Sacramento, California.
